S112--CON-NRM 663-21-100 UPGRADE EXTERNAL SECURITY SYSTEM FY26 Tier 1

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to upgrade the external security system at the Puget Sound VA Medical Center. The project involves installing a new Physical Access Control System (PACS) that is compliant with FIPS-201 and FICAM requirements. The contractor will also be responsible for performing on-site verification prior to close-in inspections and ensuring that the PACS is integrated with the existing access control system. The project requires a Registered CSEIP (Certified System Engineer ICAM PACS) professional for design development, but not as a key personnel requirement for the contractor. The contractor will need to provide a separate enclosure and board controller for each gate controller location.
