INSTALL/REPLACE SMOKE DETECTORS FIRE ALARM SYSTEM & ON-CALL EMERGENCY REPAIRS

The City of Yonkers is seeking a contractor to install/replace smoke detectors and fire alarm system equipment at the Yonkers Recreational Pier. The contractor will be required to provide on-call emergency repairs and maintenance services for a period of one year. The scope of work includes replacing and installing new smoke detectors and fire alarm system equipment, testing, and emergency service response. The contractor must be licensed by Westchester County and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a lump sum bid for the installation and replacement of smoke detectors and fire alarm system equipment. • The contractor must provide hourly rates for electrical technicians for straight time and overtime. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the New York State Workers' Compensation Law and the New York State Disability Benefits Law. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and maintain the required insurance coverage throughout the term of the contract. • The contractor must comply with the MacBride Principles and the Iran Divestment Act.
