Description
The Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services (HARS), is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or agencies to provide locum tenens services by Physician Assistants (PA) and/or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) on an as-needed basis. The Department intends to establish multiple contracts through this Request for Proposal (RFP) to meet ongoing statewide staffing needs.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing locum tenens services by PA and/or APRN on an as-needed basis
• Meeting ongoing statewide staffing needs
• Establishing multiple contracts through this RFP
• Anticipating awarding a minimum of two and up to four separate contracts
• Requiring registration with the procurement officer to receive subsequent amendments and be added to the vendor list
