Description
Rowan University is seeking qualified roofing contractors to provide on‑call inspection, repair, replacement, and emergency services for all of its campuses in New Jersey. The contract will be a multi‑award service agreement, allowing several certified businesses to be selected. Work will be performed under normal business hours with the ability to respond to emergencies within one hour, and vendors must submit “not‑to‑exceed” quotes before any non‑emergency work. The initial contract term is one year beginning July 1 2026, with optional two‑year renewals subject to budget approval.
• Covers all Rowan University properties (Glassboro, Stratford, Harrison, Camden locations).
• Services include roof inspections, debris removal, repairs, full‑system replacements, and rapid emergency response.
• Vendors must provide hourly flat‑rate pricing, maintain required insurance limits, and meet performance criteria (minimum 10 years experience, ability to handle three simultaneous calls).
