Description
This solicitation calls for a qualified contractor to provide on‑call inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair services for traveling water screens, material elevators, and conveyor systems used throughout the San Joaquin Field Division. Work is performed on an as‑needed basis, with DWR supplying the equipment to the contractor’s facility and the contractor responsible for labor, tools, parts, and return of the equipment. The contractor must be located within 50 miles of the Lost Hills sub‑center, have at least three years of relevant experience, and maintain required insurance throughout the three‑year contract term.
• Perform inspections, routine maintenance, and corrective repairs on traveling water screens, material elevators, and conveyors; complete each work order within 45 calendar days.
• Provide all labor, tools, vehicles, and facilities; invoice parts at listed price plus ≤ 10 % markup and tax.
• Submit detailed work orders, invoices, and documentation for each job; comply with small‑business/DVBE preferences, insurance, and GenAI disclosure requirements.
