Description
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to supply and install two overhead crane systems at the MnDOT Maple Grove Maintenance Facility. The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to provide 2 complete and fully operational crane systems. The project includes crane supply, runway systems, electrical components, installation, testing, and commissioning. Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing crane installation locations
* Verifying field conditions and dimensions
* Reviewing mounting locations
* Evaluating electrical connection locations
* Verifying installation access requirements
* Asking questions.
Responders are responsible for becoming familiar with site conditions. Failure to examine the site will not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for completing the work.
