2027 Texas Rising Star Early Educator Conference Keynote Speaker

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking a qualified keynote speaker for the 2027 Texas Rising Star Early Educator Conferences. The speaker will be required to deliver a 45-60 minute keynote presentation at three conference dates in January, July, and August 2027. The speaker must have expertise in topics related to early childhood education and be able to inspire and motivate early childhood professionals. The contract term will commence on the fully executed contract date and expire on December 31, 2027. The speaker will be required to pass a background check and provide an invoice that meets TWC's requirements for payment processing. Key points to consider: • The speaker must be available to speak at all three conference dates and locations. • The speaker must be able to make their own travel arrangements to the conference locations. • The speaker fee must be inclusive of all fees and travel, with a limit of $12,500 per presentation. • The speaker must be able to deliver a keynote presentation that will be recorded for TWC record retention purposes. • The speaker must be able to pass a background check conducted by TWC. • The speaker must be able to submit an invoice that meets TWC's requirements for payment processing.
