Renewal Service Agreement for VITEK Mass Spectrometer Prime

The agreement will be for a base year of 6/1/2026 - 5/31/2027, with a one-year option period. • The vendor must be manufacturer-authorized and have demonstrated experience servicing proprietary mass spectrometry systems. • The vendor must provide a preventive maintenance visit during the performance year. • The vendor must provide hotline support 24/7 and on-site repair 7/7 local business hours. • The vendor must maintain uptime, respond within 24-48 hours, and minimize disruption to lab operations. • Only authorized personnel may service equipment, and OEM-approved parts are required.
