Description
Clackamas County is seeking a contractor to provide landscape maintenance services for various locations within the county. The services will include tasks such as pre-emergent and post-emergent applications, weed control, pruning, and leaf removal. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. The contract will be for a period of 180 days, with the option to renew. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
• The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience providing landscape maintenance services.
• The contractor must provide a list of equipment and personnel that will be used to perform the work.
• The contractor must provide a fee schedule that includes a monthly fee per zone, with a not-to-exceed fee basis for each zone.
• The contractor must provide three references from clients that have received similar services in the past five years.
