J065--Celient Automated Cell Block Processing Service

The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to HOLOGIC SALES AND SERVICE LLC for the Celient Automated Cell Block Processing Service at the Salem VA Medical Center. The service includes all maintenance and repair services for the Celient Automated Cell Block Processing Service. • The notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, but expressions of interest received within three days will be considered. • Interested contractors can identify their capability to provide the services and provide sufficient data for the government to determine them as a comparable alternative to the intended source. • The acquisition will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 13.106-1 (b).
