Description
The State of Ohio is seeking a contractor to provide 1 new Ranger 1000XP Premium UTV and trade in of Ranger 570 UTV. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contract includes standard terms and conditions, regulatory contract requirements, contract construction, order and payment provisions, liability provisions, and data and information control. The contractor must provide a warranty for the Deliverables, and the State reserves the right to reject any subcontractor submitted by the contractor. The contract also includes provisions for termination, suspension, and dispute resolution.
