A26-0730 - OEM SRP & MAS for Harley Davidson Motorcycles

The City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking bids for the provision of Original Equipment Manufacturer Standard Replacement Parts (OEM SRP) and Manufacturer Authorized Service (MAS) for Harley Davidson Motorcycles. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for two additional years. The successful bidder will be required to provide OEM SRP and MAS for Harley Davidson Motorcycles, including parts and labor, as needed. The bidder must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible bid. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance and comply with all safety regulations. • The bidder must also comply with the City-Parish's purchasing policies and procedures. • The contract will be subject to termination for cause or convenience, and the City-Parish reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
