The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) is seeking a single‑award vendor to supply, embroider, and deliver a complete catalog of staff uniforms, accessories, badges, nameplates, belts, neck‑ties, and related items for a three‑year contract with one optional renewal. The contractor must use mandatory manufacturers, provide a web‑based ordering system, maintain an alterations facility within 100 mi of Nashville, and ship directly to five regional offices. All pricing is submitted as line‑item discounts; the award will be based on lowest total cost while meeting technical specifications.
• Supply full uniform inventory (shirts, jackets, pants, belts, ties, badges, nameplates, etc.) from specified manufacturers with custom embroidery and patch work included.
• Operate a contractor‑hosted online ordering portal that limits items by employee position, tracks allowances, and generates twice‑weekly reports for TWRA.
• Deliver each employee’s order FOB destination within 45 days of purchase order receipt, with a local alterations facility for quick modifications.
• Provide required certifications (tax registration, insurance, de‑barment, Iran Divestment Act, non‑collusion) and meet all state insurance and warranty requirements.
