PWP CL-2026-176) Addendum 3 (CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS - SHADE CANOPY AT NODE 5/5A BAGGAGE MAKE-UP

The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking bids for the construction of a shade canopy at Node 5/5A Baggage Make-up at Harry Reid International Airport. The project includes the installation of a large metal canopy structure to provide shade for Southwest Airlines workers. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The project is subject to the provisions of Executive Order 11246, as amended, and the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Federal Labor Provisions. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
