Shelby County is seeking a single‑source vendor to provide commercial appraisal and loan‑underwriting software for its Commercial Appraisal Division. The software must support property‑level financial analysis, appraisal reporting, market analytics, and tools for appeals and re‑appraisal efforts, and will be used through the end of the current fiscal year (June 30 2027). Vendors must submit a letter of interest with total and detailed pricing by the close date.
• Required functionality: commercial loan underwriting, detailed property financial data, appraisal reports, analytical tools for valuation and appeals.
• Delivery: software only (no hardware); implementation period through 06/30/27.
• Procurement: single‑source (sole source) with right of the County to reject any or all quotes.
