RFQ/P for Broker/Vendor to Furnish Property, Vehicle and Liability Insurance

The Binghamton-Johnson City Joint Sewage Board is seeking a broker or vendor to provide property, vehicle, and liability insurance coverage for the Board. The selected proposer will be responsible for securing insurance policies and providing related services, including policy documentation, consultation, and renewal assistance. The contract term will be two years with the option for three one-year extensions. The Board is looking for a qualified proposer with experience in providing insurance services to public sector clients in New York State. • The selected proposer will be responsible for securing insurance policies for property, vehicle, and liability coverage. • The proposer will provide policy documentation, consultation, and advice to the Board. • The proposer will assist with renewal of insurance policies and provide updates on changes in property and conditions. • The proposer will furnish two paper copies and two electronic copies of all policy documents and related materials. • The proposer will provide detailed summaries of proposed insurance policy solutions and annualized costs.
