Washtenaw Community College is establishing a pre‑qualified pool of independent graphic designers and agencies to provide on‑demand design services across print and digital media. Vendors will be contracted through June 30 2028 (with two possible one‑year renewals) and must supply all final deliverables in both print‑ready and source file formats, with all intellectual property assigned to the College.
