Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from companies interested in providing Information Technology (IT) Workforce Certification Courses. The request is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter negotiations to award a contract. Interested companies should provide information on their capabilities to perform the effort described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The response should include company information, capability to meet the requirements, and any existing government contractual vehicles.
• The RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an Invitation for Bid, Request for Task Execution Plan, Request for Quotation, or as a Request for Proposal.
• The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI.
• Set-aside decisions may be made based on the information provided in response to this RFI.
• Responses should be as complete and informative as possible and should not exceed 10 pages.
