Bid LA 140 & 340 AV Equipment and Installation

The Washtenaw Community College is seeking bids for the one-time purchase and installation of AV equipment in rooms LA 140 and 340. The equipment must be new and eligible for manufacturer warranty. The college requires delivery by June 30, 2026. A site visit is mandatory, and a pre-bid meeting will be conducted during the site visit. The college reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities. • The bid must include all shipping, handling, and delivery charges. • The bid must be signed by an authorized official or employee of the firm. • The college is a member of several purchasing cooperatives, including E & I, MI Deal, NAEP, National IPA, NIGP, Omnia Partners, REMC, Sourcewell, and US Communities. • The college requires compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations applicable to any goods and services provided. • The college does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, national origin, age, handicap, height, weight, marital status, or veteran status.
