Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide annual fire extinguisher servicing for the Northwest Oregon District. The contract will be for a period of performance from 04/15/2026 to 12/31/2028. The contractor will be responsible for servicing fire extinguishers in various vehicles, buildings, and outstations. The BLM has provided responses to questions received for the solicitation, including information on the previous award number for this requirement and the types of services required. Key aspects of the job include:
* Servicing fire extinguishers in various locations
* Providing annual inspections, 6-year internal maintenance, and 12-year hydrostatic testing
* Collecting information on fire extinguisher locations and service schedules
* Disrupting daily BLM operations as little as possible
