Dakota County is adding a single security camera at the Cedar Nicols Trailhead. The contractor must install conduit, run Category‑6 cable, mount an Axis Q3626‑VE camera on a pole, program it, and provide an Avigilon 7.0 Enterprise license. The work includes trenching, pole‑mount installation, and integration with the county’s existing video‑management system.
