CSN West Charleston Campus Cooling Tower Replacement Project

The College of Southern Nevada is seeking bids for the replacement of the central plant cooling tower system at the West Charleston Campus. The project includes the removal of three existing cooling tower fans, VFDs, and disconnects, and the installation of two new cooling tower fans, VFDs, and disconnects. The project also includes the addition of power to two basin sweeper systems and four control valves. The contractor will be responsible for verifying all existing field conditions prior to beginning work and for notifying the College of any discrepancies or unforeseen conditions.
