The City of Salina is seeking sealed bids to paint structural steel components of the North Ohio Street Bridge. The scope includes surface preparation and painting of bridge railings, fences, concrete barriers, light‑pole housings, and railroad rail sections. Bidders must be pre‑qualified with KDOT for Work Type Q (Painting Structural Steel) and submit sealed bids by the deadline. Three free sets of plans will be provided to the awardee, with additional sets available for purchase.
