The Blount County Board of Education is seeking a vendor to supply, deliver, install, and provide training on new commercial combi ovens for five school facilities (Appalachian High, Blountsville Elementary, Cleveland High, Hayden Middle, and Southeastern High). The award will cover full‑size roll‑in, double‑stack, and single‑deck ovens, including associated water‑treatment units, electrical and gas connections, and removal of existing equipment. The successful bidder must meet specific utility specifications, provide a 3‑year parts & labor warranty, and be able to complete delivery and installation within 90 days of purchase order issuance. The contract begins with a one‑year term and may be extended up to four additional years if the vendor honors original pricing.
• Supply and install a total of seven Convotherm C4‑ET combi ovens (various models) across five schools.
• Provide all required utilities (gas, electrical, reverse‑osmosis water treatment) and perform site‑specific installation, including removal of old equipment.
• Deliver training and demonstrations for school staff, and honor a 3‑year warranty on parts and labor.
