Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Contracting Office, intends to award a sole source contract for comprehensive maintenance services for its AMST MRI Systems Trailer located at the VA Cape Girardeau Health Care Center in Missouri. The contract will be for one year with two optional years. The contractor will be responsible for conducting quarterly operational maintenance visits, repairing and replacing defective components, and providing emergency technical support. The contract must cover all travel, labor, and parts costs related to maintenance and repairs.
• The contractor must demonstrate extensive experience in maintaining and servicing MRI trailers or similar medical equipment trailers.
• The contractor must provide evidence of expertise in handling AMST MRI Systems.
• The contractor must supply a minimum of three references from previous or current clients where similar services have been performed.
• The contractor must adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and ensure all maintenance activities comply with VA standards and protocols.
• The contractor must maintain an uptime of 99% for the MRI trailer operation and achieve a customer satisfaction rating of no less than 90% based on feedback from Cape Girardeau VA HCC staff.
