Self-Insured Employee Group Medical Plan Administration

The Texas A&M University System is seeking a vendor to provide claims and network administration services for its self-insured employee group health plan, A&M Care, and its fully-insured 65 Plus Medicare Advantage Plan. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing services to employees, graduate student employees, retirees, and their dependents. The contract will be for an initial three-year period, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. The vendor will be required to provide a range of services, including claims administration, network management, and customer service. • The vendor must be licensed to operate in the state of Texas. • The vendor must have experience in providing claims and network administration services for self-insured employee group health plans. • The vendor must be able to provide a range of services, including claims administration, network management, and customer service. • The vendor must be able to meet the needs of the A&M System's diverse population, including employees, graduate student employees, retirees, and their dependents. • The vendor must be able to provide services that are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
