Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Family & Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) is seeking qualified offerors to provide a fireworks display at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) at the Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, on July 2, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, permits, expertise, and clean up for the fireworks display.

The NAFI will award a purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose quote conforming to the RFQ will be the best value to the NAFI. The contract type shall be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).
