Description
The California Department of Education is soliciting bids to provide residential transportation services to students at the California School for the Deaf, Fremont. The contract period is August 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide transportation services on an as-needed basis for residential students. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid cost for each of the given routes.
• The bidder must be legally constituted and qualified to do business within the State of California.
• The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance meeting the requirements of Exhibit D, Article X Certificate of Insurance Requirements and XI Workers Compensation.
• The bidder must submit a completed Bid Acceptance Form, Attachment 6, and provide proof of insurance as outlined in Exhibit D, Article X Certificate of Insurance Requirements and XI Workers Compensation.
• The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions of this IFB.
