McIntosh Power Plant Site Stormwater Modifications

The City of Lakeland is seeking a vendor to provide stormwater management system modifications at the McIntosh Power Plant. The project includes the removal of existing site conditions, construction of two new stormwater retention ponds, and alteration of existing surface waters ponds. The vendor will be required to provide a lump sum construction price for the project. The City of Lakeland encourages the use of minority and women-owned businesses as subcontractors or in joint venture arrangements. • The project will be delivered under a lump sum pricing structure for the West and Admin Pond • The vendor will be required to provide a minimum of 3 references with contact information, name, email, and phone number • The vendor will be required to provide a State Certified License for either General Contractor (CGC) or Building Contractor (CBC) • The vendor will be required to provide a Bid Bond • The vendor will be required to provide a Human Trafficking Affidavit • The vendor will be required to provide a Drug-free Workplace Certification
