The Indian Health Service (IHS) Shiprock Service Unit is issuing a sources‑sought notice to identify Indian‑owned economic enterprises capable of supplying a complete endoscopy tower system and related accessories for use in an operating‑room setting. The equipment must be FDA‑approved and will include a video system, high‑definition monitor, flushing pump, power supply, converters, cabling, a roll stand, a mobile workstation, scope pole kit, keyboard tray, monitor arm, CO₂ cylinder holder, and a UPS‑down‑converter kit. The requirement also calls for on‑site training, configuration, and functional testing of the system. Indian‑owned small and large businesses are encouraged to respond; the Contracting Officer will first consider Buy‑Indian Act qualifications, followed by other set‑aside programs.
