The Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a renewal of hardware maintenance services for the HP/Park Place computer systems. The contract will replace the expired support agreement (ended 7/31/26) previously held by ATS and will cover approximately 14‑21‑year‑old equipment that is fully operational.
