NOTICE OF INTENT: Utility Services

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Inscription House Health Center, Kayenta Service Unit, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Navajo Tribal Utility Authority for utility services, including electric, water, and waste water. The award is intended to be delivered on January 1, 2026. • The utility services are required by the Inscription House Health Center. • The award will be a sole source procurement due to the unique and highly specialized nature of the services required. • The Contracting Officer may solicit from only one source, as the required service can only be delivered by the sole regional utility provider within a 100-mile radius. • Potential sources other than Navajo Tribal Utility Authority may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Flora Washington by December 5, 2025.
