Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide mechanical and plumbing supplies, including steam and hot water line supplies, to various state agencies. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for other government entities to participate. The vendor will be required to provide a percentage discount on the current manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of the equipment/supplies. The vendor will also be required to pay a one percent administrative fee to the State of Missouri. Key responsibilities include providing mechanical/plumbing equipment and supplies, delivering products in accordance with contracted delivery times, and submitting invoices monthly.
* Estimated quantities: The quantities indicated in this RFP are estimates that pertain to the total aggregate quantities that may be ordered throughout the stated contract period.
* Substitutions: The contractor shall not substitute any item(s) that has been awarded to the contractor without the prior written approval of the Division of Purchasing.
* Delivery requirements: The contractor and/or the contractor's subcontractor(s) shall deliver products in accordance with the contracted delivery times stated herein or within a reasonable period of time.
* Missouri Statewide Contract Quarterly Administrative Fee: The contractor shall pay a one percent administrative fee to the State of Missouri.
