Description
The Gwinnett County Government is seeking bids for the provision of Maximo Platform Migration Professional Services on a multi-year contract. The contract involves migrating the existing on-premises Maximo platform to a private cloud offering and upgrading to the latest version of Maximo Application Suite (MAS9) for the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources. The chosen service provider will be required to meet insurance requirements and provide a range of services, including assessment and planning, governance and methodology, migration and testing, training and knowledge transfer, and support and service levels. Some key requirements include:
• Migrating the existing Maximo environment to a cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) structure
• Upgrading to the latest version of Maximo Application Suite (MAS9)
• Providing five years of ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support after Go-Live
• Ensuring no loss of existing functionality during migration and upgrade
• Providing a successful Go-Live cutover to Production
The contract will be awarded to the supplier submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
