The U.S. Army is seeking a total‑small‑business set‑aside award for 44 AN/PVS‑31A night‑vision goggles, 44 Wilcox G24 helmet mounts, and 2 spare image‑intensifier tubes to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for Colombia (FMS Case CO‑B‑VJN). The contract will be firm‑fixed‑price and awarded to the lowest‑priced technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. Offerors must be registered in SAM, comply with CMMC Level 2 (self‑assessment) and be able to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Delivery is to be coordinated through the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) with final acceptance at the origin. Warranty of at least one year and a 60‑day repair turnaround are required. All items must be marked per DFARS IUID requirements and packaged per ASTM D3951‑18.
