The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids to establish a purchase order for the purchase of SAP Crystal Server Software Support for one year. The support services requested include SAP Business Objects Enterprise Maintenance – Support for 2 UN -- SAP Crystal Server (CS) and 1 USR SAP Crystal Server (User). The service period is from 8/27/2026 to 8/26/2027. The current system consists of 1 Crystal Server 2016 installation with 1 Named User License and 10 Concurrent User Licenses.
• The bidder should include all shipping and handling costs in the final bid amount.
• The bidder should note that the 2025-2026 renewal part number should be used as a reference if the current year number differs.
