Description
The Town of Bedford is seeking bids for the 2026 Water Main Replacement Project. The project involves furnishing and installing approximately 2,400 linear feet of ductile iron water main on Springs Road, along with bypass piping, new copper services, hydrants, gate valves, erosion control, excavation, bituminous patching, and other incidental items.
• The project requires the installation of ductile iron water main and associated appurtenances.
• The contractor will be responsible for bypass piping, new copper services, hydrants, and gate valves.
• Erosion control, excavation, and bituminous patching are also included in the scope of work.
• The project is subject to appropriation by Bedford Town Meeting.
