Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Work-Life Program for USACE

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking information from vendors to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Work-Life services to its global workforce of approximately 24,000 employees. The services include confidential, short-term counseling, consultation, and coaching to address personal and/or work-related issues. The program should also provide robust Work-Life services, training, and critical incident response. The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive EAP and Work-Life program, including a national network of counselors, a toll-free telephone number, and online resources. The contractor will also be required to provide outreach and promotional materials to promote the program. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing EAP and Work-Life services to USACE employees and their families • Offering counseling, consultation, and coaching services • Providing critical incident response and support • Developing and implementing a comprehensive outreach and promotion plan • Ensuring confidentiality and security of employee information • Complying with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to employment, healthcare, and data privacy.
