7.8.26 - OMH issues IFB 26-037 8.4.26 - OMH Issues Addendum - Additional Site Visit & New Bid Due Date The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Institute are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a contractor to provide HVAC system Maintenance at 197 Half Hollow Rd, Dix Hills, NY 11746. The required specifications are listed in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. (BP) Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Bids must be submitted using the attached excel sheet “IFB 26-037 -C202969 - Sagamore - HVAC – BQS.” There was a Mandatory Site Visit on 10:00 AM ET on Monday, July 20th, 2026, at 197 Half Hollow Rd, Dix Hills, NY 11746. An additional site visit will be held 10:00AM ET on Friday, August 7th, 2026, at 197 Half Hollow Rd, Dix Hills, NY 11746. Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET Thursday, August 13th, 2026.
