Description
The Department of War Information Activity (DWIA) is seeking a contractor to provide event site location and supporting services for a 5-day strategic planning event. The event will be held within four miles of BWI Airport and will require a primary event room, three breakout rooms, audio and visual equipment, internet access, and on-site parking. The contractor will also be responsible for providing reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access and an on-site café or restaurant for attendees to purchase their own lunch. The contract will be for a period of 5 days, and the contractor will be required to provide support between the hours of 0700 to 1630, Monday through Friday.
• The event will be attended by 45 DWIA personnel and guests.
• The contractor will be required to provide a primary event room with audio and visual equipment, including a projector and screen, and three breakout rooms with audio and visual equipment.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access and on-site parking for attendees.
• The contractor will be required to provide an on-site café or restaurant for attendees to purchase their own lunch.
