Pipe Insulation Services

The University of Wisconsin‑Milwaukee is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive pipe‑insulation services on a time‑and‑materials basis. The work includes installation, repair, replacement, removal, and ongoing maintenance of insulation systems for hot and chilled water lines, steam lines, refrigeration piping, boilers, ductwork, tanks, and related mechanical equipment. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and materials, and must comply with UW‑Milwaukee safety, warranty, and insurance requirements. • Scope covers all HVAC and mechanical piping insulation across campus facilities. • Services are to be performed under a one‑year contract with four optional one‑year extensions. • Bids must be submitted electronically via the Jaggaer ShopUW+ portal by June 10 2026 2:00 PM CDT; the award will be made after evaluation of the lowest responsible bidder.
