Description
This solicitation requires a vendor to produce a suite of printed promotional items for the North Carolina National Guard. The work includes manufacturing yard signs, retractable and outdoor banners, and posters, all with specific material, size, and finishing specifications, and delivering them packaged separately to the Guard’s Bowers Building in Raleigh. The contractor must also provide press‑quality PDF proofs, handle packaging and shipping, and comply with GPO quality‑assurance standards.
• 250 two‑sided Coroplast yard signs (18×24 in) with wire stakes, 5 designs (50 each).
• 12 retractable banners (33×81 in) on 13 oz vinyl, each with a Genesis stand and padded case.
• 16 outdoor banners (48×96 in) on vinyl with metal grommets and double‑locked stitching.
• 25 posters (18×24 in) on 100 lb uncoated stock.
• Provide one press‑quality PDF proof per product, package each recruiter’s set separately, ship F.O.B. destination, and submit invoices per GPO procedures.
