Description
Meriwether County is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a comprehensive revaluation of all commercial properties within the county for the 2026 tax year. The selected contractor will be responsible for physical audits, data updates, and market valuation to determine fair market value. The project will include tasks such as physical audits, data updates, GIS mapping, appeals assistance, and report generation. The contractor must have experience in real property revaluation for local governments and comply with the Georgia Department of Revenue's Appraisal Procedures and the standards established in the OCGA 48-5-2(3).
