NOI to Sole Source- Getinge USA Sales Preventative Maintenance and Repair of Sterilization Central Vacuum Equipment in Biosafety Labs 1,2,3 and 4

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Research & Development (R&D) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, sole source contract to Getinge USA Sales, LLC for the preventative maintenance and repair of sterilization central vacuum equipment in Biosafety Labs (BSL) 1,2,3, and 4. The contract is for the maintenance and repair of critical sterilization equipment, cage and glassware washing equipment, tunnel washers, and water treatment systems at the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID). • The contract is a sole source contract, meaning that only one vendor, Getinge USA Sales, LLC, is capable of providing the required services. • The vendor must be able to provide services that meet the requirements of DoD 6055.18 and future Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) mandatory safety protocol directives. • Capability statements are due no later than 10 March 2026, and must be submitted via email as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment.
