Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Stryker Sales, LLC - LIFEPAK 35 Defibrillators - High Configuration

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is issuing a notice of intent to sole source a contract to Stryker Sales, LLC for the procurement of two LIFEPAK 35 Defibrillators - High Configuration. These defibrillators will support patient care in the Clinical Center PICU. The NIH has determined that only Stryker can provide defibrillators, supplies, and software that are compatible with the CC-Wide defibrillator supplies and attachments. • The procurement is for two LIFEPAK 35 Defibrillators - High Configuration • The defibrillators will support patient care in the Clinical Center PICU • The NIH has determined that only Stryker can provide compatible defibrillators, supplies, and software • The acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 –Simplified Acquisition Procedures
