Motorized Doors and Gates

The City of Los Angeles is seeking a contractor to provide repair, replacement, and installation services for motorized gates and/or overhead doors, grills, and/or slats on an on-call and emergency basis. The contractor will be responsible for project management, supervision, procurement of materials, equipment, labor, and other related tasks. The contract term is expected to be one year with five one-year options to renew. The estimated budget for this contract is $1,000,000. • The contractor must be qualified to conduct business in the State of California. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must provide a detailed proposal, including a cover letter, company information, and a work plan. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the City's contracting requirements and compliance forms.
