Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Signal Hound spectrum analyzers. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Signal Hound, LLC. This is being sole sourced because Signal Hound LLC owns the proprietary rights to all data, schematics, and has in-house trained and licensed technical personnel as well as a stockpile of repair/replacement parts.
• The contract requires the delivery of Signal Hound SM435B, SM200B, SP145, and BB60D spectrum analyzers.
• The contract has a firm fixed price pricing arrangement.
• The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cybersecurity, export control, and employment.
