Austin Peay State University is seeking an on‑call contractor to provide mechanical services—including installation, repair, and maintenance of motors, pumps, steam equipment, and heat exchangers—on an indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity basis. The work will be performed upon written request, with normal hours 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday‑Friday, and overtime rates defined. Contractors must furnish labor, materials, and equipment, maintain required insurance, and submit monthly itemized invoices. The contract is a one‑year IDIQ (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with up to four optional one‑year extensions.
