METAL PRINTS WITH FLOAT MOUNTS

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to provide metal prints with float mounts. The contractor will be required to sublimate images on a white-coated aluminum sheet that is 1.14 mm thick with a glossy finish. The photos are in 4 color process and will be displayed with float mount hangers. The contractor must increase the images as close to 20 x 30" without distortion. All images are landscape. The product must be of the same or similar quality to the example provided on the Nations Photo Lab website. • The contractor must submit a unit rate for each item, along with the country of origin, in the comments section of their quote. • The contractor must perform a basic preflight check of the furnished media and publishing files to assure correct output of the required reproduction image. • The contractor must create or alter any necessary trapping, set proper screen angles and frequency, and define proper file output selection for the imaging device being used. • The contractor must submit one 'Press Quality' PDF 'soft' proof for content only. • The contractor must pack the products individually to avoid scratching and scuffing during transport. • The contractor must deliver the products by traceable means to the specified address.
