Description
The City of North Lauderdale seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance and irrigation services across citywide medians, swales, rights‑of‑way, and potentially additional parcels. The scope includes routine mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, fertilization, shrub and hedge care, mulch installation, tree care, litter and debris removal, as well as irrigation system testing, maintenance, and repairs. The contract may also allow the contractor to assume maintenance of additional medians and City‑owned parcels currently serviced by municipal staff.
• Perform full‑service landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, fertilization, shrub/hedge care).
• Provide irrigation system testing, routine upkeep, and repair services citywide.
• Manage mulch installation, tree care, litter/debris control, and optional expansion to additional parcels.
• Deliver services in accordance with the Statement of Work and Exhibit A attached to the RFP.
